A True Amaretto Sour Recipe

Ingredients 1 jigger amaretto almond liqueur juice of 1/2 lemons 1 maraschino cherry Rub the rim of an old-fashioned glass with lemon, and dip repeatedly into granulated sugar until it has a good "frosted" rim. Shake amaretto with lemon juice, and strain into the glass; over ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
